I’m Stephanie Partain, Principal Broker and the Owner of Partain Properties llc. Being born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and Washington County, I had no choice but to call this beautiful region my home. It’s where I grew up, married my husband, and raised our four children.

Partain Properties llc began in 2011 with the goal of diversifying our clientele and services. I expanded to new areas and began to take on new buyers, sellers, and continue to work with former clients. I pride myself on educating buyers and sellers while communicating every step of the way. There is a process to both sides of real estate, and educating my clients is my number one priority. Whether it’s helping the sellers establish the best price and marketing strategy for their listing, or to educate my first time homeowners on the home buying process to successfully purchase their first home, I embrace it all. However, the most important thing for me as a real estate broker, is to make every transaction a WIN WIN for everyone involved, including the opposite side.

At the end of 2022, my brokerage became affiliates with, Homes for Heroes. This was an easy decision for myself and a way I could give back to the Heroes in my life, and in the community. In less than a year I have given my Hero clients over $7200.00, in rewards for their service and sacrifice, and our brokerage gave over $20,000.00. It’s such a small sacrifice to make for those who make the sacrifice each day when they put their uniforms on. These groups include, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Military (including reserves), Healthcare Professionals, and Educators. I also, include any other first responders and retired Heroes (911 operators, EMT’s etc.) THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
